In order to generate lead, which corresponds to contact-making and the acquisition of client appointments, we collect several data; the final goal being to generate appointments. To achieve these goals, we receive and register contact forms (Webinar, Contact, Bookings). The objective is to determine the website’s audience.  

According to our forms, the following pieces of information might be required: name, first name, phone number, email address, the subject of your request, the messages, the offer, the appointment’s date, the appointment’s time, the form, the date of the update (date and time of the form submission), as well as the user agent of the contact form (Webinar, Contact). Additional pieces of information are registered such as IP address and used browsers.
